The Spyderco Grasshopper SlipIt knife (C138P) is the closest model to a penknife with a blade over two inches. Compact, lightweight and practical the Grasshopper is the perfect everyday carry knife. The overall length of the knife is 5.031" and it weighs 1.4 oz.

The leaf shaped blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel which is supported to stay open by the resistant pressure at the pivot area. The plain edge blade measures 2.313" in length and 0.078" in thickness.

The handle is made from stainless steel, creating a sleek, smooth appearance with a rounded end to avoid digging into the hand when using. The Grasshopper features a lanyard hole on the handle for paracord or keyring attachment.
