Warning :- when installing on the L2D remove the plastic cap from the positive terminal on the drop in. Otherwise it will jam into the terminal on the flashlight. Had I have installed this on my L2T it would have been fine, however the L2D has a contact between the battery and drop in which has a depression just large enough to fit the positive terminal with the plastic cap (which sits proud of the contract preventing connection) but when trying to remove the drop in it pulls the contact off leaving an over stretched spring. I remoulded the spring and dug out the end that was left behind it now works fine. I have been running the same 18650's since install and seems to run great still (normal use for me is about 3-4 minutes at a time). I haven't returned or spoken to flashaholics about it as it was my own rushed and stupid fault and it still works (I just wanted to put my new flashlight together in a hurry ready for my shift)
