Description
The Smith's Jiff Mini (51212) is quick and easy to use knife sharpener with carbide 'V' shaped crossed blades. With a preset angle, the sharpener gives a sharp edge to your blade in 3 to 4 strokes.
The Jiff Mini features a finger and thumb guard to prevent against injury. To use, place your knife on a flat surface with cutting edge facing up and position the V slot of the sharpener over the heel of the blade at 90º angle, then lower onto the blade. Pull the sharpener over the blade from heel to tip while applying moderate to light downward pressure.
