already go this torch ordered as xmas present for mate whom borrows mine all the time. the beam on this torch is better than the dedicated shooting/lamping light made by lightforce. i thoroughly recommend this torch and the people whom sent it. best price on web. I use this torch for checking on the lambing flock at night . It is very powerful for its size with a nice warm colour and also very light-weight in the hand . In its smaller configuration it will even fit in my coat pocket. These amazing LED lights are incredible compared to the heavy ( > 1kg) lambing lamps that I used up until recently and the batteries also re-charge a lot quicker . A wrist lanyard would have been a useful addition to the kit...I just made my own...there is a hole for it to thread through .

Description

The Olight M3XS-UT Javelot has a maximum output of 1200 lumes from the Cree XP-L HI. The flashlight has a range of battery options, depending on whether the included extender tube is fitted. Without the tube it can be powered by 3 x CR123A batteries or with the tube it can take 4 x CR123A batteries or 2 x 18650 batteries.

With a staggering maximum output of 1000 meters, this torch is the ultimate search and rescue light. The M3XS-UT has four brightness levels, including a useful moonlight setting and an additional strobe mode. Designed with a dual switch system and excellent grip along the body of the torch, this flashlight is perfect for tactical applications.

Brightness Levels:
Based on 3 x CR123A batteries
High: 1200 lumens - 5 mins (Please note the torch drops from 1200 to 720 lumens after 5 mins to avoid overheating. At 720 lumens it lasts for 55 minutes)
Mid: 600 lumens - 1.5 hrs runtime
Low: 80 lumens - 12 hrs runtime

Plus Strobe mode (10 Hz, 1200 lumens).

Maximum beam distance 1000 meters, waterproof to IPX-8 and resistant to impacts up to 1 meter.

Includes: holster, extender tube, battery magazine, spare o-rings
