I use this torch for checking on the lambing flock at night . It is very powerful for its size with a nice warm colour and also very light-weight in the hand . In its smaller configuration it will even fit in my coat pocket. These amazing LED lights are incredible compared to the heavy ( > 1kg) lambing lamps that I used up until recently and the batteries also re-charge a lot quicker . A wrist lanyard would have been a useful addition to the kit...I just made my own...there is a hole for it to thread through .
