The Nitecore MH40 Pro is an ultra-bright long range hunting flashlight with a maximum output of 3500 lumens and a beam distance of 1300 meters. The flashlight is powered by a Nitecore NBP100R 10,000mAh li-ion battery pack with a built-in USB-C charging port. It features a NiteLab UHi 40 LED with Precision Digital Optics Technology for a brighter light and further range.

The flashlight is operated by a tactical tail switch which operates the momentary-on feature by a half press and the constant-on mode with a full press of the switch. The mode button on the side of the light cycles through the brightness levels with a single, short press. The torch offers Advanced Temperature Regulation which maintains optimal performance of the light, gradually adjusting the output as needed.

The MH40 Pro has a power indicatior built into the mode button to show the remaining battery power:

• Flashing 3 times: ≥50%
• Flashing 2 times: <50%
• Flashing 1 time:  <25%

When the battery level is below 10%, the MH40 Pro will vibrate every 10 seconds to remind the user to charge the flashlight.

The Nitecore MH40 Pro features an intelligent mode memory function which automatically accesses the previously used brightness level or strobe mode when reactivated. The torch includes a wireless remote switch for 2.4G wireless control and quick response. The wireless remote has a dual switch interface, made up of Button A which controls the constant on and Stobe mode, and Button B which controls the momentary-on.

The MH40 Pro has an impact resistance of up to 1 meter and a waterproof rating of IP68.
