The Nitecore HC70 UHE high-performance, rechargeable work headlamp has a maximum output of 1,600 lumens at a beam distance of 156 meters. This headlamp has a beam intensity of 6,112cd from the NiteLab UHE LEDs and is powered by an included 21700 Li-ion battery with a runtime of up to 220 hours. Featuring intelligent USB-C charging, the headlamp can be used while it is charging and automatically stops once the battery is full. 

The HC70 UHE is operated by a dual switch interface with a power button controlling the on/off mechanism of the headlamp as well as brightness level adjustments. The mode button operates the light source switching and special modes. 

The headlamp's 180° adjustable angle allows for one-handed operation and achieves all-around lighting with no blind spots, perfect for night-time activities such as maintenance, search and rescue and trekking. The HC70 UHE has a skin friendly, lightweight headband made from a hollow and anti-slip material for comfort when in use, as well as reflective strips to increase visibility at night.

The HC70 UHE has a power indicator which is activated with a short press of the mode button and allows you to keep track of the remaining battery power:

• 1 Light: 0% - 25% (please recharge or replace the battery promptly)
• 2 Lights: 25% - 50%
• 3 Lights: 50% - 75%
• 4 Lights: 75% - 100%

This headlamp has a waterproof rating of IP68 and an impact resistance of up to 1.5 meters.

Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) adjusts the output of the HC70 UHE based on the working and ambient temperatures. This feature ensures that the device maintains optimal performance while preventing the LED from overheating. The output measurements account for the total runtime, including periods of reduced brightness due to temperature changes or built-in protection mechanisms, which may cause the brightness level to drop.
