Description
The Lansky TurnBox knife sharpener features two medium grit, ceramic rods for sharpening a range of knives, including kitchen and outdoor blades.
The TurnBox is a very stable and compact sharpening system; working well in the kitchen and quickly breaking down for storage in a drawer. The sharpener is great for outdoorsmen and women on the go as it is lightweight and stores easily in a backpack.
The knife sharpener has two pre-set sharpening angles in the wood block. The 25 degree is used for most kitche knives and a provides a sharp, durable edge. The 20 degree angle is used for achieving a very sharp edge. This angle could be used for example, for filet knives. Lower degrees result in sharper knives but require mor regular maintenance.
The Two Rod TurnBox features a hardwood box with internal tod storage in the base.
