The Fenix HP16R head torch features three separate light sources of spotlight, floodlight and red light making it very versatile for all kinds of hands free usage.

The HP16R features a battery case on the back of the headband and includes a rechargeable 3000mAh Li-ion battery pack, which can be charged via USB-C with the included cable.. For occasions when recharging is not convenient, the Li-ion battery pack can be replaced with 4 x AA Ni-MH / alkaline batteries, making it ideal for emergency use.

Operation is via dual switches on top of the lamp unit to select the various brightness modes.

The floodlight output is from a Cree XP-G2 neutral white LED with a colour temperature of 4500k. This provides improved colour rendition.

The body of the HP16R is constructed from lightweight aluminium, which helps with heat dissipation and is water resistant up to 2 meters.

Other features include physical and electronic lockouts to prevent accidental operation, 60 degree tilt mechanism.
