The Fenix HP12R-T headlamp is equipped with a luminous SST25 White LED, an SST20 CRI180 Neutral White LED, and two 2835 Red LEDs. The cool white beam is perfect for general use, while the neutral white beam enhances visibility in rain and fog. The red beam is designed to preserve night vision.

This headlamp is powered by a Fenix ARB-L18-4000 battery, providing up to 310 hours of runtime. It features USB-C charging, reaching a full charge in just 3.5 hours.

You can use the cool and neutral lighting modes independently or in combination, achieving a maximum output of 1,300 lumens with a beam distance of up to 200 meters. Its separated headlamp design ensures better balance, offering a more stable and comfortable fit while in use. A user safety light can be easily activated by long-pressing the switch, and a single click allows you to toggle between a steady red beam and a flashing alert—ideal for trail running or industrial work.

The headlamp is operated by dual switches, which control all three light sources and include a memory mode to recall the last used setting. It also features two locking mechanisms—electronic and physical—to help prevent accidental activation.

Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) adjusts the output of the HP12R-T based on the working and ambient temperatures. This feature ensures that the device maintains optimal performance while preventing the LED from overheating. The output measurements account for the total runtime, including periods of reduced brightness due to temperature changes or built-in protection mechanisms, which may cause the brightness level to drop.

The HP12R-T has an impact resistance of up to 2 meters and a weatherproof rating of IP66.
