The Fenix HM55R is a high-performance, lightweight outdoor headlamp delivering up to 1200 lumens of brightness and a beam distance of 175 meters. It combines three LED types—Luminus SST25, Luminus SST20V-Ra90, and 2835 Red LEDs—to offer versatile lighting for any environment.

Featuring dual white light modes (Spotlight and Floodlight) plus a constant-on red light for preserving night vision, it’s perfect for night time reading or discreet illumination. A red flash mode provides an emergency signaling option.

Powered by an ARB-L18-1600 battery (included), the HM55R offers a runtime of up to 141 hours 10 minutes. Charging is quick and convenient via USB-C, taking just 2.5 hours for a full charge.

The Intelligent Brightness Downshift function automatically reduces output to 30 lumens when the light is within 60 mm (2.36") of a surface for more than 1.5 seconds in either spotlight or floodlight mode—preventing overheating and reducing glare.

Weighing only 105g, the HM55R features a detachable headband, adjustable light angle, anti-slip grip patterns, and a large side switch for easy operation. With an IP68 waterproof rating and 2-meter impact resistance, it’s designed to withstand demanding outdoor environments.

Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) adjusts the output of the HM55R based on the working and ambient temperatures. This feature ensures that the device maintains optimal performance while preventing the LED from overheating. The output measurements account for the total runtime, including periods of reduced brightness due to temperature changes or built-in protection mechanisms, which may cause the brightness level to drop.
