Description
The Fenix GL30R is Fenix's first dedicated rifle light, purpose-built for tactical rifle platforms where extreme throw, reliable control, and zero-compromise durability are non-negotiable. Delivering a highly concentrated beam, it's engineered for long-range target identification in professional, duty, and predator-hunting applications alike.
Performance
The GL30R produces up to 800 lumens and 100,000 candela from a Luminus SFT12R LED, throwing a tight 3-degree spot beam out to 630 meters (2,067 feet) — extreme-range throw for low-light identification and target acquisition at distance.
Control
Operators can run the light directly from on-body controls or through the included AER-07 tactical remote pressure switch, which uses a patented dual-button interface for both momentary and constant-on activation. A mechanical locking slider prevents accidental activation during transport or while holstered, and a reinforced USB-C interface with anti-loosening lock keeps the AER-07 connection secure through recoil and rough handling.
Mounting
The kit includes universal rail compatibility with three mount sets for the light (RIS inline, RIS offset, and M-LOK offset) and two mount sets for the AER-07 switch, fitting mainstream Picatinny, MIL-STD, and compatible rail systems.
Construction
Built with a non-reflective flat black matte finish to eliminate reflection and signature in the field, the GL30R carries an IP68 waterproof rating (IP66 with the AER-07 attached) and is rated for 1-meter drop impacts. It measures 146.5mm x 36mm and weighs 206g.
