The Fenix C7 V2.0 is a no-frills, high-throw work light built for professionals who need raw output over added features. Positioned as the dedicated "thrower" of the C7 lineup, it's tuned for long-distance identification rather than wide-area flood, making it well suited to security work, industrial inspection, search tasks, and general outdoor use.

Performance
Powered by a single Luminus SFT70 Gen2 LED (50,000-hour lifespan) at approximately 6500K, the C7 V2.0 delivers up to 3,300 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 575 meters (1,886 ft). It offers seven lighting modes, including Strobe, SOS, and a dedicated electronic Lockout mode to prevent accidental activation during transport or storage.

Control
Side switch operation handles on/off and output selection, with lockout engaged by double-clicking the switch within 0.5 seconds — or by giving the tailcap a slight twist before pocketing the light.

Construction
Built from ultra-thick A6061-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized finish, the C7 V2.0 carries an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating for heavy-impact, harsh-weather use. A magnetic tailcap allows hands-free, surface-mounted lighting, and a titanium-coated stainless steel body clip secures it to a pocket or gear. The light measures 150.6mm and weighs 256.5g with battery installed.

Power System
Runs on an included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 rechargeable 21700 battery, charging via an inner-waterproofed USB-C port in about 3 hours, with up to 79 hours of runtime on lower settings.

The C7 V2.0 is operated using a single side switch for straightforward control.

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the side switch for approximately 0.5 seconds to turn the flashlight on or off.
• Mode Switching: Press and hold the side switch for 1.2 seconds to enter Strobe. Single click the side switch to select between Strobe and SOS.
• Output selection: With the light turned on, single click the side switch to cycle through Eco→Low→Med→High→Turbo.
• Lock/Unlock: When the flashlight is switched off, double-click the side switch within 0.5 seconds to activate the lock function. The flashlight will blink twice at low output to indicate that it is locked. To unlock the flashlight, double-click the side switch within 0.5 seconds, the light will activate in low output to indicate that it has been unlocked.
