JETBEAM BK135A Camouflage Special Edition

The new Jetbeam BK135A features a Cree XP-G (R4 bin) LED with a maximum output of 135 lumens using a single AA battery.

The BK135A is an extremely compact with the benefit of a clicky tail switch. Beautifully machined with high quality anodising and camouflage design. One of the nicest compact AA lights we have seen to date with enough features to keep even the most demanding flashaholic happy.

Features Jetbeam's unique I.B.S. circuit, which has three separate modes. Default settings are high, low and strobe and these can easily be changed to suit the users exact requirements of brightness and strobe frequency. Read below for full details.

Entering hidden menu:

Aside from the three default modes, I.B.S. series lights can be adjusted to user defined brightness and functions. Lightly press the tail button three times or more within a second on any mode of A, B or C and the light enters hidden menu. Users can set any level of brightness or functions to a certain mode (eg. lightly press the tail cap button three times in quick succession when on A and the light will enter hidden menu, users can then set the brightness level or function for A.

Brightness Setting

After entering the hidden menu, the light goes into the brightness adjustment directly. The brightness will go from min to max gradually and stop at max, then jump back to min and then repeat. One cycle takes around 8 seconds. Simply switch off at the desired level to set user defined brightness.

Special Functions

After entering the brightness setting hidden menu, lightly press the tail cap button once and the light will enter special function selection. It firstly goes from 1HZ strobe to 15HZ strobe, which takes around 8 seconds. Then it goes on to cycle through the other special functions including warning signal, standby signal (light flickers once every 8 seconds to remind the position of the light) 100% SOS to 5% SOS. Simply turn the light off when the desired strobe frequency or function is activated and wait more than 2 seconds, then the function will be memorised to the selected position.
